I suspect jmcm is looking at a small image on a cell phone screen. I don't see the black underlay of the Bahnschutzpolizei. It looks like it the cords only without an underlay. Therefore, it could be from a part from a fireman board, SD board, Bahnschutzpolizei board or something else.
