SS 8yr medal and miniture for review

I just picked this set up today are they ok? I do have a ribbon which I think would fit well.

I can't comment on the miniature, but the full size one is a great "type 2" medal for sure.

Thanks Chris, i was getting worried a bit. I am going to add the ribbon and bar which it came with, they look like they are from a 12 year service medal

The miniature ribbon bar runes are a very low quality reproduction. I have the same ones that I bought as a cheap fake. The originals however, are of excellent quality in comparison.

Both of the 8 year medals are original...everything else is fake.

Thanks John, i did think that these were. I seperated them from the deal and then he threw them in at the end for nothing. It is nice to get a good deal in the end thanks to all the information that is available on this forum.
