What do you guys think of this SS FM stick pin?

What was this for and what is the significance of the number on the back?

I don't care for it much. For an Ehrennadel, it lacks quality, manufacturer's mark and what would be a proper issue number.

Hi Bill, I agree with Joe, the item is a very common fake for the special grade SS-FM sponsorship members stick pin. If I recall correctly Himmler helped design this one?


This version was given to members of the SS-FM organisation who donated money to the SS during the "Kampfzeit" ie the period before the Party came to power in 1933.
