      Cap Eagle

I'm not sure on this one.
I like to see brass prongs, but perhaps they're silvered over.
I never liked the "tiny-head" eagles, but doesn't mean they're fake.
Almost all early eagles that are RZM-marked generally have just a number....as opposed to the later "M1/" designation.
I don't care for the eagle personally,............perhaps someone else can confirm if it's an original.

The pictures make this eagle look like it is aluminum. If it is, I would be highly skeptical. I'm not sure this pattern was made in aluminum. And sgstandard is correct about the typical markings.

Thanks for the help guy's. It appears to be aluminum or some type of light metal. However it feels stronger than aluminum and the eagle is definitely not as bright as my crappy pics make it appear. It's 50% darker.

Originals were made of aluminum, and I am always on the lookout for one as they are very rare. Unfortunately, this one is not one of them, nor is it one that I would have in my collection.

Chris, thank you for the information on aluminum M29 kepi eagles and showing what an original looks like. But now I have something else I need.
