    2 SS Long Service Stickpins for Review

    Ive always been under the impression that these are good. The construction is correct in comparison to other stickpins and they have the twist in the needles that you want to see. But I could be wrong. I would appreciate any thoughts / opinions please!

    They are posted in the wrong forum. These are General Awards, not SS uniforms or insigna.

      I am unaware of any original 16mm SS stickpins, but there is a guy on 321-Militaria who sells them by the truckload in both 4 & 8 year form, if that is any indication on their originality.
      I am unable to comment on the detailing of the 9mm due to the distance and jaunty angle that you have decided to photograph it at...apart from saying that I have never seen this method of construction on an original.

      I have only just commented on another SS stickpin in the General Awards section, so you may want to have a look there.

        Antonio, why would you say these are posted in the wrong forum when the heading of this forum states "Tony Barto SS Uniforms and Insignia Forum Dedicated to SS cloth collecting and anything else SS related."

        These are SS related and therefore not out of place in this forum.
