Not saying its fake but it is not something I would invest in, it looks wierd and not something found on any tunics Ive seen.

Very interesting eagle indeed, I can't say for sure it this good or not but ... Take a look at the M.Beaver book, vol.2., page 399. Latvian tunic. The eagle looks close to your one. Just an observation.
