Blutorden recipient visor cap

Want to show a unique SS visor cap I acquired recently. The cap came from a U.S. vet's estate and wasn't stored well. After some excellent work by a talented collector, the cap's shape came back nicely. The 2nd owner found a SS number written in the sweatband and had research done. Turns out the Officer was Untersturmfuhrer Josef Stecher.

Skull its a Deschler.
