I have been offered a SS visor and I need your help with the insignias, Any chance? Original or fake?

I think they stand a chance but would get other opinions. The skull looks like its been on the hat for a long time.

The skull is certainly bad. The eagle could be original, but I would need much better pictures to confirm either way.
