Looks like..

this individual was a SS-Oberschutz of the SS-Standard "Germania" signified by the 2 on the SS Runes Tab. Looking at the cufftitle...length of lettering would suggest the same... Large Uppercase first letter and the balance lower case. Nice photo...

Pre-Waffen SS

Ustufvorwaerts,

Germania was originally part of the Four Original SS-Verfungstruppe which composed of LAH, Deutschland, Germania and Der Fuhrer. After the early western campaign was over Dec. 1940, the SS-Verfungstruppe were restructured with the SS-Standarten (2) Germania being transfered as foundation of what would become the 5th SS Wiking Panzer Division.Which I believe was formally recognized as a Panzer Division in Jan. 1941.

So basically you have a pre 1941 photograph, again signified by the early VT Ealge on the side of the Overseas Cap. very nice. V
