Good one and late and embroidered on typical low quality backing material that unravels easily (fraying of cloth)...You see this a lot with Dachau stores Nationality shields and Rautes...Indicative of low standard materials. They would sometimes put some kind of a film on the back of the black cloth to minimize the fraying...
(repros btw are made on better quality backing materials..)

I would be very comfortable with this eagle - it is a later Dachau-type RZM eagle.
