    Division Azul shield bevo

    Hi!

I would like to know if this worn shield is original? It looks fine to me, like a bevo shield.

    Many thanks!

Not necesarely......some SS volunteeres that did not repatriate themselves are said to have worn them.....other worn costumized madrina type.....

                no photo Ref...

                only vet anecdote.....

so yes technicaly these were worn by the Spanish Waffen SS volunteeres in the Wallonie and then Einheit Ezquerra....

also on the Book: "Forgotten Legions"...doc state they had to wear the shiled as regulations.....

It was the BeVo issued while in the Heer but alos worn by spaniards in the SS
