I think it's a good one but I need more opinions. I can see the soldier serial number"704".

This regiment (tag stamping) was part of the Wiking division
before becoming the cadre for the Nordland division
The font concerns me
As does the layout of the stamping
and also information abbreviation
I would be very wary of this one
