SS honor chevron opinions

Can I please get opinions on this honor chevron. Sorry for the dark pics. The back has a double line of thread. Last pic is washed out from the camera flash but shows the thread. Thanks

This one is stitched on the black thread with black thread, whereas most are usually stitched on the edge of the Borte with white thread.
However it still looks like a good one

Certainly not the normal design. For me it would depend on the provenance.

Honestly, I have no idea where it originated from. I must have assumed it was a reproduction and sewed it to a reproduction display jacket. But at second glance I was not too sure so I put it up for opinions.
