    wrong subforum, this seemed to be a Deutsche Arbeitsfront plate, nothing related to the SS.

            Plate DAF

            Hi - Bauscher Weiden WAS one of the 2 major manufacturers of SS and other 3rd-Reich organization's mess porcelain, along with Victoria. A lesser-known company in Czechoslovakia called "Bohemia" also made SS mess ware.
            Considering that original SS mess ware is fairly cheap compared to other SS items, it's one of the few SS items that is still quite reasonable.
            A Bauscher-Weiden or Victoria SS mess piece would fetch about $150 - $200 max. approximately. I bought my Bohemia SS bowl almost 20 years ago, and I paid $100 for it then. Other 3rd-Reich messware, such as DAF would be worth roughly $100-$125, IMO.
            Note:
            The SS messware usually says "SS-Reich" in various fonts, and usually includes the year of mfgr.
