Skull and eagle appear to be good Zimmermann and Overhoff, at least from the front..

Based on this pics skull looks like orginal Overhoff.

Chris those insignia look pretty minty , do you think the finish is original ?

I don't see any red flags. They appear to be zinc pieces and I can see some wear spots on both pieces. I would say that they are a beautiful matching set in original condition, (although a hands-on would be necessary to be 100% sure), but no worries from me.
