On a piece like this, you have to look past the bullion embroidery (acceptable on a hand-made variant) and also past the border strands (7 on each edge as generally found on good ones of this type) and concentrate on the band fabric itself.

The embroidery on this band is nowhere near good enough to pass as an original.
