Helmet cover question

Dear Gents,

what do you think of this cover? The fabric is with no doubts good, but this clips I'm afraid, are fakes. I have no big experience with covers, therefore will appreciate all comments. What I personally think, it is a fake cover. On some pictures, you can see a face veil which also is very suspicious...

I fully agree, but look, he is a very "clever" faker. On auction he says, it was found during an old demolition! What a crap. As you see, this veil behind is also a repro. However, the fabric used for this helmet cover is a good one.
It seems that someone wants to grab someone's money with no scruple...

And the whole story in the background is also, just a rubbish.
