Shoulderboards, what farbe?

These are from Espenlaub Militaria, and are descripted as "rare early war kradschutzen shoulderboards". Do they mean feldgendarmerie or what colour and branche is this?

The copper brown Branch piping is usually used by reconnaissance troops. it is somewhat rare.

So they are copper brown, to me they tended more to darkish orange
