It is a replica, sorry. Formation of some of the letters (E for example) and the poorly stamped numbers, for a start.

One of the "Polish" fakes from 1994.

The "H" is wrong, as are the "I"s, "E"s, in addition to the bad number fonts, close. but still wrong.

Still probably the best Gestapo fake ever made.

I agree with Gary and the others this is a nice fake made in the early 1990's and as pointed out the style of the E gives it away as well as the numbers. Don Bible was the first to expose these fakes and had written a book on them back then. He is a good friend of mine and has written a few nice books on Kriminal Disc of the Nazi Party.
