This is a new addition for me , sold to me as a marked Assman eagle. Can anyone tell me what the marking reads ? I cant quite make it out even under the camera lens.

You are correct. It is "RZM SS 155/42". Nice eagle, btw.

Chris, you'll hate what I'm displaying it with ( I know you hate the three prong ) , but they are not a terrible match. Maybe I will come across another Ges. Gesch someday.Comment

I don't hate it, and you are of course, free to do whatever you want to. I do prefer the GES.GESCH. marked ones, but that is my opinion. I do agree that John is great and have dealt with him many times over the years. Never a single problem with him. Congrats!
