131st SS Regiment - does this unit even exist?

Found a vet bring-back item, that is marked:


"from HQ 131st SS Panzer Regiment - Osnabruck"

Never heard of that unit.

I do know there was a a 131st division under the 4th Panzer Army...but not SS...

Thoughts?
