SS/SD Epaulettes/shoulderboards?

Hello, i would like to ask your opinion about these epaulettes, i myself am no expert in these and i have tried to google for matching ones, got a match on SS fire police. Is this correct?

The Reichsfuhrer-SS was technically in charge of the FSP as head of the German Police but no-one would consider these straps to be SS let alone SD.
