Hi,

yes, the spoons posted and the ones from the next sale are original civilian spoons that were "SS-pimped" (usually with laser).

When the SS had silverware made, it was not delivered in "fancy" boxes like civilian silverware... Spoons, forks, etc had to be made to thousand of copies for the SS mess/dinner halls all around the Reich.

Only few high-ranking VIPs may have had such silverware in box, for their personal use. And most of the lots proposed on the market are also fakes...
