Black SS Visor Dutch SS?

What are your thoughts on this Visor?
No markings anywhere that I can see.
The chinstrap looks SS.
The cap is all Trikot material.

Certainly looks correct for a cap made in the Netherlands during the period.
Don't see any holes to fix a skull though.
Was it an SS cap or a tram drivers cap!?
A big leap of faith needed with this one.

The lining looks like seen on other dutch caps - here is another dutch one - BenVk do know this cap very well :-)
