SS Collar Tab...back side with ink stamp...What is it?

this tab not SS, it is SA.
stamp on a reverse side, is marking of the producer.

Not SS or SA - it's Stahlhelm. The rank is "Zugführer" or 2nd Lt. The stamp is for "Der Stahlhof", the Stahlhelm's own supply depot / outlet for members.

Looks like it was issued out of the Magdeburg depot, according to the stamp, which also includes the "Ges. Gesch."
