The key here is the RFSS cloth tag. Is it original or is it bad? Thats what you have to ask as the first question!

Repo tag, do a search on SS arm bands you will see the difference.

Notice the empty stitch holes on the back where the rounded is sewn.....

I missed that, what would account for that ? The roundrel looks real.
