At least we can say it's a good 30 + years old - with nice patina - so it's an aged fantasy item maybe made around the 60s just behind the gift shop at Wewelsburg most likely - by SS Veterans skilled in copper art

Made by ss veterans skilled in copper art? Id love to own THAT sleeve diamond/trade insignia. Looks like it was just a 4th Reich put-together. All the "art" was done on he base then clearly (and kind of crudely) the vase top was soldered to the base. Great for parties maybe. (?)

what I like about your first photo is your reclaimed hardwood coffee table with those beautifully weathered (carriage bolts?) oh my- lovely. The table doesn't deserve to have such a terrible piece placed upon it...
