Did you see the white-handled "presentation" dagger? If so, what were your thoughts? And did you see it in person or in photos only?

It is hard to split the truth from the made up storys i think when it comes to this guy. I found in another forum some post about him and some items what was put up for sale then the seller didnt answer ect.....and some pictures there where posted too. From what i see from the tread there someone did a nice puttogether thing with some pictures from somewhere and a nice little story too. I can only say what i know, and that is this. A Collector from Austria, i know that guy now for 22 Years have a part of the Globus items in his Collection, some Paperwork, some medals and his Deskset what was posted in the other Forum too. And this items will be up for sale soon. And of course i like to get my hands on the items...so because from mistakes in past i learn.....i first better post pictures here and then look to buy the lot.

Yes i see the items in person...but no white presentation dagger....i see the pictures in the other forum from it......as i say....put together story with some pictures from somewhere to trick a few idiots into buying.....my opinion. That items i had my hands on was beside the Deskset what i like very much....normal items....pictures, Medals, Paperwork ect....

              You're talking about this lot?

              Woske:

I don't know what the Austrian's motives were in this episode as our communication ended abruptly. I don't know if he was a collector who had been duped or if he was part of a prospective scam. If he was a victim, I hope he recovered his financial outlay as authentic items such as these realise large sums of money.

Yes, thats the so called Lot....but as i say i didnt see any white dagger just paperwork Deskset and a lot of pictures. Thats why i say this Lot what you post is a put together Picture Crap....to fool someone into it in my Opinion.

                  Hi,

it seemed that "Konrad Kujau alike fakes" are surfacing after all these years, one after another... I do not imply that it was his work, but it is important to know that the Hitler diaries were just the tip of the iceberg. Kujau sold hundred of faked or pimped documents back in the days, far earlier than the Hitler diaries saga.

The "Globus" letter is just ridiculous. I would love to see any written proof that Himmler used a nickname on an official SS paper.

I believe the dagger and desk piece were featured in a window display at the Third Reich Joke Shop.

                      Hi,

for the WAF archives, i will include in the next post pictures of the Globocnik lot presented by Woske on Warrelics in February 2010.
Most of the items were identified as ulgy fantasy fakes.
