The photos are very poor indeed but it looks to be an original, late war Assmann 3 pin zinc eagle.

Extended explanation
Based on the bad pictures (mentioned above)
The head is more pigeon than eagle
The wing to head separations are incorrect
Prongs do not convince, Thicker, nails maybe?
I can not see the die flaw on the top of the right wing (front view)

This is not the typical, so called "pigeon head" fake, but it is a known reproduction.
