I bought this nice Civilian SS Enamel Pin. This is a correct one, right?
One question: How can I find out the name of the wearer or the date of awarding?
The number is under 21.000

Original pin bit it's for supporting members not for civilian attire. Timeframe and owner is not possible to figure out.
