Opinions on SS Jawless Skull

A little out of my league, I think the Panzer skull is ok but the SS jawless came from a different source (estate of WW2 US Army veteran but he collected a bit afterwards and some of it is repro. Just working through it....) Looks like the reverse is marked Ges Gesch and is RZM marked but can't read it. Thanks for you help,
