The style of the Eagle is as Felix said a "Karl Wolfe" style but what is odd is that it is all one type of bullion. Strange to me...unless I have forgotten what they look like.

Hi Pascal,
"A" code is not appropriate for a cuff title. One "B" tag with a correct maker number would be correct for a blank band. Stay clear of it.
