For me something is wrong witch this skull .
My opinion is based on this pics and as I always wrote I could be wrong (only in this case)
P.S Why these pics are in poor accuracy?
For this money the seller could post high res pics.

Pictures please. No links. They get useless after the item is removed from the website.

An original zinc Overhoff. Lost all its silver finish.
For that a bit overpriced though.

Our indigenous Polish clown may have tried to fool you by shooting blancs
              ( he always does ) ,
but this is a good zinc skull insignia ..

Looks to be a very nice original Overhoff skull with the marked pins ... I would like to see the detail of the pin crimps though.

The ebay skulls, always a minefield. Even sometimes when you have the highest bid or offer you don't get the skulls.

Still - it may not be the best idea to advertise a rare find like this before the listing ends .

By posting this very question about an Ebay auction >> with a link << instead of anonymous pictures ,

you have disrupted the natural order of things , like lets say , time travel .

Lesson to be learned here .

Wait a moment I do not wrote fake but something wrong.
On this pics upper left bone (llooking from front is completly different as should be on M1/24
On pics this bone has strange shape and is flat almost witch ereosion.
I always pay big attention to details.Sometimes it doesnt works(and I wrote ,,I could be wrong)" but sometimes it is very helpfull .
I DO NOT WROTE DONT BUY IT and never my intention was or is to fool somebody.
But Im always considering that something could be gone wrong and somebody can loose money.
Sometimes i observed here that ,,experts" wrote what they wrote and later just nothing happen. They are still great.
In my case Im called ,,Polish clown"
It also does not disturbet me

According to last researches people using abusive words against other people in internet very offten suffered mobbing in job , some of them are home abuse victims, some were or are sexually molested or some are simply schleppers who are only feel strong where siting in home on internet.
Winkelman for sure you know you reason.

And here is normal foto and same type skull and pls compare upper left bone.

Serious people are trying to learn something here -

please do not throw in random remarks everytime you see the word " skull " .

It is what got you thrown out of War Relics Forum .

Good thing that I am not the psycho you just accused me of being ,
otherwise I would have really enjoyed feeling all of your pain in that embarrassingly acid reaction ..

Nobody here " hates " you at all . You bring that up all the time .

It is just that you interfere with EVERY single thread on TK insignia , even when you yourself admit " I have no clue , but just wanted to say something " . If you do not know the answer at all , please do not press the button randomly in EVERY thread again and again .

First time posters may not know you , and take your answer seriously .

                            " I know absolutely nothing about eagles , but .. "
I think it is foolish , and that is why I used the word clown .

Maybe watch and learn if you do not know the answer - I do it all the time myself , I do not know everything .

BTW : you may also want to stop insulting highly respected collectors like Sergeant08 and SScollector , etc. etc. , because they are the people that come up with useful information , we do not want them to leave ..

Funia, the differences in the crossbone details on zinc Overhoff skulls were numerus and changed very often durring their latewar production. Die flaws can be in many different places and overall die wear was a big issue. I own four of these, and no two of them have exactly the same details on the bones. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this skull, I can guarantee you. It's extra nice to have the marked prongs and even giving all of your previous comments on good skulls, I am still surprised that even you would doubt this perfect example.

You mention that you pay close attention to details, and normally that is a good thing, but you still have to know what you are seeing. I think that you would do good to pay close attention to other collectors and maybe stop believing that you know more than everyone else. Just my thoughts.
