For those who wish to make a risk assessment one can think about the chance of a real wrapper with fake insignias vs a fake wrapper with fake insignias. My opinion is clear, but its not a 100 % proven.
Be smart, stay safy and get a nice collection in the end. Stay away from things that seems too good to be true...
