More than likely a cheap re -enactment piece

Interesting that the litze is a piece cut from an RZM cuff band- never seen that before- IMo anything is possible but you would need some provenance for something as exotic as this

Not according to the 'Uniforms, Organisation & History of the Waffen-SS vol 1' by Bender only SS-Standartenoberjunker shows the piped tab with 2 pips and I rank litze along with officers cap cords. Although it's possible the book is wrong as there is a photo on the internet of an SS-Standartenjunker with just the one pip and strip of litze on a piped tab to an SS-Junkerschule Braunsweig candidate ..

Eichmann's Tab

Photo of Eichmann wearing similar tab under discussion is that of a white piped (1933-34) tab for sharfurer. Eichmann was promoted to scharfuhrer in December of 1933. Ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adolf_Eichmann . Also, Angolia's Cloth Insignia of the SS, 2nd Edition, 1989, Page 33.
