It looks like a good moleskin tab but the skull is WAY off centre.

Ian do a search on this pattern of RZM pattern Totenkopf tab. I don't know why, but more often than not, the top of the cranium is noticeably closer to the top. Mine is like this, most of the examples I have seen are like this. No idea why.
