Im not expert in caps but this one looks like new one.

Looks like it's made out of a pair of black Wranglers or Levis, not black wool. Repro chin strap and questionable (at best) skull. Definitely not one for me!

A cap like this should show signs of wear considering the time period it came from
This doesn't as already stated " looks new to me too "
