I just found this set, I think its all bad but could have a chance or no chance at all? I have a gut feeling but please confirm it as its not my field of collecting, many thanks guys!

Stick to EK's.

West German tunic based on (1) the open neck design and (2) inside belt support straps, (3) first aid pouch...Those elements combined makes it a Bundes tunic.
Repro enlisted straps combined with repro officers tabs (a mismatch) + fake CT.
and the breeches could be war time polizei but also west German Polizei...more likely the latter...Post war ensemble with fake insignia! Run!
