    Hello everyone,

A very unusual cap. Looking forward to your thoughts.

    Thanks!

        Second look to the eagle
confirmed the eagle is made by Assman and is marked 155/42

        The skull is still fake

The logo is datable in years 1943-1945 because Marianska ulice was previously named only Frauengasse and it is inconceivable a later use of the German language (equivalent to suicide …).

My theory was confirmed because I found the Company in the sections Cepice-Kappen and Kozisnici-Kurschner of the Olmütz-Olomouc, Svazek II-Band II: Seznam adres: Morava ... = Adressbuch des Protektorates Böhmen und Mähren für Industrie, Gewerbe, Handel und Landwirtschaft : Unter Benützung amtlicher Quellen .... Adressenverzeichnis: Mähren , printed by Rudolf Mosse in Praha on 1939:

              Suba ml., Stan., Marianska 3
There was also a Suba Stanislav, ul. Boziho Tela, c.8

and a tailor Suba Ignat. in Hermann Goeringstrasse 44

Therefore about the company there is no doubt.

Turning to the construction characteristics of the visor, in my opinion, the fabric is credible, as well as the particular piping and its splice; the folds of the lining have not been harassed and I see no sign of mending on the peak and sweatband; the apparent overflowing of the black band may have been caused by the storage conditions. One last thing remains and that is checking the internal conditions of the capboard behind the skull, so also simultaneously checking that this visor has not been re-banded. All for all, I like it

                *

From what I see, I like the cap
Unusual enough to make it interesting, and nothing stands out as glaringly wrong based on the pics provided.

I like the stuff that's different from the mainstream!

                        Thank you Klaus

Sweatband & lining appear in order to me.

Cardboard not visible, so for me it is enough:

A credible visor, unless someone brings a well founded evidence to the contrary (it has not happened so far, apart the skull)

                          Inner lining machine sewn
That's a departure from the norm!
