Hello Tim

No, volume 3 is far from being finished. Mark and I wrote the core of some chapters before he passed away, but there is a lot of research to do. I promised Mark to end and publish volume 3, but it can not be in the short term.

I found that other thread in the BOOK section three days after I initiated this thread.
I wholeheartedly agree that that particular Forum should be rededicated in his name!
