There was got from another attic from the Narva area.

Seriously? Only this cufftitle or also some other items? Do you know where exactly in the Narva area? Very few 'Frw. Legion Niederlande' cufftitles were worn on the Narwa-Brückenkopf, because the Dutch Legion was officially disbanded in the summer of 1943. Very interesting!

I know that the guy who got it from attic tell me that this cufftitle came from the attic in 1970's with belt buckle and tunic. Tunic off cource he put to the garbage, but insignia was kept. He is not specialist in that area, he is just likes some german insignia with swastika, and he prefer a fakes, to use them...

Thank you for the additional information, that is highly appreciated. So he destroyed an original 'Frw. Legion Niederlande' tunic. When he left it alone, it would have been worth a small fortune. Did he also save the shield, collar tabs and shoulder boards? What happened with the belt buckle?

Unfortunately I've got only a cuff title, no other items, and I've never seen this guy after.
