    Hohenstaufen cuff question...

I have these two cuff’s... the top one is smaller (cuff is not as wide, letters are smaller) than the regular sized one on the bottom. I did not find anything in the books or on the forum on this "variation"….???

Here I put the smaller one on top of the larger one. One sees clearly the difference…??

      Hello Marc,
I have run into this before but I dont think it is very common to see these "wider" cufftitles.
Look very close at the weave of the band and you will see a difference there as well.

I apologize if my last reply confused anyone.
No I have never seen a "thinner" SS cufftitle, but as I said before I have had a couple that were "wider" than normal.
This suggests there were variations in width.
Go ahead and check the "weave" of the band.

          Marc,

There were variations of the Hohenstaufen cuff. On the other Forum there was once a big thread with Bob Hritz who showed the different cuffs (they were all Bevo) but different.

I will try to find out if I can find this thread.

          Regards,

          Rene

Thank you for the info so far guys. I suppose I don’t have to worry about the cuffs. As I am collecting these things only for one year and I don’t have lots of experience, I still worry sometimes when I don’t find any references to some “variations”.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o></o>
