I think in this case the most important Thing is that the Basic wrap and the pant are wartime made garments.
If the insignia was added post war or not is not that important - only if you want to buy a set with wartime added insignia then it is important for the buyer.

But a genuine SS tank wrap + SS tank pant is a rare and sought after set in this days....So we can go on with the endless discussion if the insignia is wartime added or not or we can try to judge the wrap and pant - and they seem to be ok.
