SS officers -ID?

Morning,

I picked up a number of photographs, awards, flags etc. from someone who’s father had been an active volunteer in the British Legion.
Amongst the items are these two photographs of SS officers? Is it possible for someone to ID them? Or more chance of a lotto win?
