A shame the big repair but a super rare coat extremely desiderable. Nice to restore as ssvt with full insignia. I have to check well VA stamp, good for a first eye but I really need to check better.

Yes, I am almost sure about VA stamp.

Classic SS contractor (Gebr. Betzler) - i saw several tunics and overcoats (SS) with this maker stamp.
I do know also of early SS tank wraps with this Kind of size stamps - made probably by the same Company.
