Help with Croatian/German SS-badge

I'm not an associationmember because my bank of some reason won't accept the payment method. That's something I'll fix in a soon future but for now I need some help with my Croatian/German SS-badge. Looks to be a cast Einsatzstaffel badge.

From the web:
It's the Erinnerungsabzeichen der Einsatzstaffel der DM [DM = Deutsche Mannschaft] instituted by the Volksgruppenführer Branimir Altgayer
with a decree of 1st May 1943.
The badge came in a bronze and a silver grade.

The ES was the equivalent to the SS for the ethnic German minority in Croatia. It was heavily involved in anti-partisan operations.

So the silver grade did exist, but I can't help with authenticity....(cast copy?)

NickG thanks for the info. I see there is a qouple of differences compared to Weitze's badge. The needle is different, also the down side of the right S. Weitze's is more detailed in my opinion, It's sharper. Does this badge still have a chance, maybe different makers? Anyone?
