and the eyes are kind of not blue

Early SS Uniform. It was quite common to wear dress pants outside of boots. Circa 1933 or 1934 possibly would be as late as 1937. Field Grey uniform was not introduced untill 1938, and you had a choice of three.. ( yes three!) Correct me if im wrong but i think the Black uniform was obsolete after 1940..

Manalishi, not every SS man was blonde haired and blue eyed!
