    SS NCO's visor opinions please

Hi I'm after opinions about this visor, especially identification of the maker of the skull and eagle.

It had been stored in a squashed up state for quite a while after the war and the peak or visor has a slight bend on one side where it was jammed up beside the edge of the box it was in.

    Thanks in advance!

Indeed, and one that would benefit immensely from a visit to Doctor BenvK

Yes Ben is your man. He replaced a torn up sweat band with a original replacement on this one..

Hmmm... Isn't that like replacing a liner in a helmet? The purists seem to not like that.

Can you show a photo of the stitching for the new liner?

Hi, I guess it depends on 'taste' and how wrecked you like your badly stored but otherwise beautiful SS visor.
