First of all really thanks to everyone for your answers and opinons.....
now a question:
Are the TK/eagle set used on fez totally different from those used on overseas and/or 43?
Could I use them to restore a Pz EM/NCO overseas cap (with soutache) or am I totally wrong?

They aren't totally different BUT the 'fez insignia' are quite a distinctive combination. This eagle is what I call the 'Silky grey' after it's appearance and colour.

Just about any combination can be found on any cap ... the Germans used what they could get and didn't seem to have any consideration for future collector lore ... however some types are more often found on a certain style of headgear, e.g. when the large batch of fez found at the SS-BW Dachau was made they seem to have had rolls of the 'Silky grey' eagles to hand.

These two skulls seemed to be woven with a same texture machine.

I think the silver skull to be genuine,I suppose that this green one has been made using the same machine after the war.
