I would say there are some heers pattern tunics with original ss insignia attached
war time does not ask for 2 edges lining tunics for SS only
Of course somewhere somehow someone during the car created an SS tunic from heers pattern tunic that was in storage for example.
Collectors only want mint items and textbook. Well - very hardly.
In this case i would say restored insignia and there is a share next to the runic tab saying there was something else before
So just calculate the parts. If fits you - go on.
If not - well, in the end the question is are you going to be happy or not
i think what had to be said about the tunic is said. now its up to you to decide are you happy with that
